Current musical direction is influenced by a diversity, including Melancholic, Latin, Rock, Alternative, Nu-Jazz, Electronic Funk, Nu-Disco, Deep House,Tech, Tribal, Minimal, Uplifting, Breaks, Progressive Indie-Dance & South American House.

In my live sets you will find intricately-layered Balearic soul and Feel-good funk, synthesized sounds, fused with deep tones and melancholic moods and hypnotic drums & percussion, tightly blended tech, tribal and progressive elements to create an energetic journey through moving rhythms, soulful bass-lines and and electronic melodies.

Every set is a unique story...

Always expressing a different moment with each journey, and a possessing a special ability to read, adapt to, connect with and rock any floor or groove any bar, at a level that is only possible with such passion, experience and time.

I began mixing music in 1996 but for over 25 years I have been fascinated and influenced by international sounds and cultures, These days this is translated into the music I produce and mix, and the way that I mix it, while still staying true to my own cultures...Behind the decks I'm professional, intuitive, busy and energetic. I've always had an innovative attitude towards structure and content, these days I do a lot of remixes and edits for my sets to suit my style & I still know how to have fun and pull out the classics! For most of 2006-2010 I took time away from performing to study Audio Production & Design @ the renowned Queensland Conservatorium of Music, Griffith University. There I studied music theory and history as well as production using Pro Tools HD, Logic Pro, Reason 3.5 and Ableton Live, the latter is what I predominately use in the studio these days. I've got multiple projects I'm working on for release late in 2011.

I've taken much pride in keeping it real...I was part of the techno/house/trance movement well before it became popular in Australia. And I've seen the fakers come and go. But more importantly I've seen the masses come together for the music: friends, strangers, races, sexes, sexualities, religions, backgrounds, societies.....all for that electronic pulse or a moving melody....like thousands of lucky individuals, I've seen electronic music become a universal language, with the Power to break down walls, and create peace...

My DJ Philosophy:

I think you can break 'DJing' down into 5 parts: The People, the Musician, the Music, the Environment and Technology. To me, on a deeper level that translates to: The Physical, the Mental, the Emotional, the Spiritual, and the Future. It is these vital elements that I'll always consider, and attempt to fuse together whenever I perform or produce.
